As of 22nd March 2014, 22 students will be embarking on a two-week sojourn in Tokyo, Japan, with the promise of returning home with stories to tell.
As youths from the school of film and media studies taking on Tokyo, we mix fun in everything that we do, and this blog only serves as the best platform for us to bring this fun to you, reading this at home. This blog is unlike any other travel blog – we dive deep and refuse to simply scratch the surface of the Japanese culture and try to truly understand what it means to the Japanese to be so immensely proud of their nation.
Hopefully, this blog would not only serve as a travel guide to Tokyo, but also allow you to take these virtues and values we learn here and apply them to your own lives. From personal reflections to social issues, the FMS in Tokyo blog will make you feel like YOU are in Tokyo!
